BC SPCA’s Victoria Masquerade Ball Oct 20 #yyj @BC_SPCA

Live Out Your Fairytale Dreams at the BC SPCA’s Victoria Masquerade Ball

Don’t miss out on the chance to make a life-saving difference for animals in your community!

Tickets are now on sale for the BC SPCA’s Masquerade Ball being held on Saturday, Oct. 20 at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria. This unique event offers BC SPCA supporters an opportunity to live the fairy tale life by dressing up in vintage costumes and dancing the night way amidst mystery and intrigue.

“The Masquerade Ball has established itself over the years as a fantastic night out in Victoria and a great fundraiser”, says Penny Stone, Manager of the Victoria BC SPCA. “It is a great way to get involved and make a huge impact in the lives of animals in need.”

The event, a three-set music mixer with hand-served appetizers and silent and live auction fundraising, has grown to attract masquerading couples from as far away as eastern Canada and the southern US. Some couples even import Venetian costumes all the way from Italy.

The event takes place from 7 p.m. to midnight (red carpet opens at 6:30 p.m.). Tickets are $125 each or $1000 for a table of 10 and available online at or by calling the Victoria BC SPCA at 250-388-7722.

All money raised from this event supports the animals at the BC SPCA Victoria Branch.
